What is a Remount?
We offer different levels of remounting. From a basic chassis swap to complete repaint, new electrical system, heat/air conditioning, interiors, and warning light packages. Our experts will work with you to select the level of remount that best suits your needs and budget. Our warranties are 5-year electrical, 3-year paint, and 3 years on quality and workmanship.

Williams County Ohio

Williams County Ohio
EMT delivered a new remount to our friends at Williams, County Ohio this week. We removed the 1998 McCoy Miller, Ford E 350 and put the box on a 2011 Chevy G3500 ambulance prep chassis with a Duramax Diesel and Allison Automatic Transmission. This unit received a complete sandblast and new paint job along with 3M reflective graphics. We also replaced all the old lighting with Whelen LED warning lights, a Whelen 4500 LED front light bar, and added 3 additional Whelen lights to the front of the unit. The interior dome lights were replaced with LEDs and the front console was also replaced. The bumper and running boards were replaced with new diamond plate. The interior dome lights and front console were also replaced.
All this for the fraction of the price of buying new!
Lagrange County Indiana
EMT delivered a 2010 Ford Remount to customers in Lagrange County, Indiana. Finished to the customer's specifications, we were able to provide a nearly new ambulance for the half the price of a new unit.

Demo Unit Sale
EMT Recently sold our latest demonstration unit. The unit was remounted onto a Ford E450 ambulance prep chasses with a full Ford Warranty. The sale was accompanied by a 3 year paint warranty and 5 year electrical warranty provided by Emergency Mobile Technolgoies. This unit had all new everything - interior and exterior. EMT classifies this type of remount a 'highline" package.

City of Cincinnati, Ohio
This 2004 Braun Chief XL was remounted onto a 2009 Ford E450 cutaway ambulance prep chassis for the City of Cincinnati, Ohio.
